Terms of Service

1. Service Usage

GET SMS provides access to temporary mobile numbers for SMS verification and account approval workflows. The service is intended for lawful, personal, and account-related verification use only. Users must not use the platform to bypass account restrictions, abuse services, violate platform policies, or conduct fraudulent activity.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account details secure and accurate. GET SMS may suspend or restrict access to any user account that appears to violate these terms, misuse the service, or compromise the integrity of the platform.

3. Balance & Payments

Balance top-ups and deposits are subject to the payment gateway and account rules currently configured by the platform. All deposits are used only to purchase eligible services and may not be transferable to another account unless otherwise permitted.

4. Number Purchases

Available numbers and their pricing are determined by current catalog data, service availability, provider stock, and operating rules. GET SMS does not guarantee a specific country or provider for every request, and selected numbers may expire or become unavailable depending on provider conditions.

5. SMS/OTP Activations

Received SMS and OTP messages are provided to the account dashboard as part of the activation lifecycle. We do not guarantee delivery timing or successful receipt for every activation, and service providers may restrict or delay delivery.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel active numbers or activations only if the platform permits this under the current rules. Some activations may be non-cancelable once the service has already started.

7. Refund Rules

Refunds are evaluated according to the platform's rules and the validity of the activation or provider outcome. Refunds are not guaranteed for all cases, including failed or delayed activations caused by third-party service conditions or policy restrictions.

8. Prohibited Use

• Fraudulent or abusive account creation
• Violation of third-party platform terms
• Bulk or automated abuse of the number system
• Attempting to bypass provider restrictions or security controls

9. Account Security

Users must use strong account credentials and keep login details private. GET SMS is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

10. Service Availability

Service availability may change without notice due to provider capacity, catalog updates, or maintenance. The platform may adjust support, pricing, or inventory based on real-time conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

GET SMS may update these terms periodically. Continued access to the service after changes are published implies acceptance of the updated terms.
